As Lead Designer on the Strategic Initiatives Team, I spearheaded the development of realistic simulations from scratch, incorporating JavaScript for interactive experiences. I established standards and led the implementation of xAPI to track user experiences and drive proactive improvements. I redesigned curriculum and created standard eLearns, Digital Workbooks, Facilitator Guides, and Instructor Led Trainings. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, I utilized tools like Figma, for assisting in the design of web-based simulations. With the push towards AI, I presented to the corporation on AI standards and best practices, as well as created AI personas and prompts to be utilized in various trainings. I also contributed important knowledge to the department and other instructional designers in monthly departmental meetings.

Led as interim assistant principal during Spring '21 Covid response, managed remote courses for over 100 learners, seamlessly transitioning between in-person, remote, and hybrid instruction. Conducted thorough learner data analysis for precise course placement, identified performance gaps, and collaborated with SMEs to integrate tailored organizational content. Nominated by faculty as a liaison, bridging faculty and leadership to address concerns and negotiate effective solutions. Developed and designed my own curriculum and continuously evaluated and iterated to meet learner needs.

Oversaw the religious education department for an organization serving 5,500 families (18,000+ people), leading a team of four staff members. Designed and instructed adult learner content, fostering communication and collaboration with various groups for effective educational implementation. Reviewed, evaluated, and implemented new curriculum with volunteer instructors' input and stakeholder feedback. Contributed to weekly leadership team meetings, guiding the organization's direction and vision. Conducted research and analysis to ensure compliance with Diocesan Norms and best practices.

Managed the religious education department, overseeing two staff members and coordinating adult and youth programs. Maintained compliance records and data, ensuring adherence to organizational standards. Provided direct instruction for adult programming while managing the department's budget and financial compliance. Developed the curriculum and yearly calendar for learners from kidnergarten to highschool, and collaborated with advisory board to ensure awareness of learner needs and wants.
