Project Overview
A compact, scenario-driven microlearning designed to reinforce OSHA-aligned bloodborne pathogen practices without requiring a full certification course. Built for speed, clarity, and measurable retention.
The Need
An efficient and engaging learning solution for educators returning for the new school year. Learners needed a fast refresher to recall universal precautions, PPE basics, and post-exposure steps without disrupting daily operations.
Solution Design
- 5–6 minute microlearning with rapid decision points and visual cues.
- Scenario prompts that mirror realistic exposure risks and response flow.
- Inline feedback that reinforces correct actions and clarifies misconceptions.
- Designed a smooth, unified interface where all modules share a consistent visual language and background. The result is a seamless learning environment that feels continuous across Rise and Storyline components.
My Role
Led the full instructional design lifecycle, from needs analysis and storyboarding to Rise 360 and Storyline 360 interaction development, and researched seemless microlearning elements.
